Sophia began her academic career with a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering from Donghua University (China), before moving into the field of education as a Bilingual Math Teacher in Shanghai. Since graduating from the MSc Education, Public Policy and Equity programme, Sophia has continued in the role of Bilingual Math Teacher. Her particular interests include teacher evaluation, the living and working conditions of foreign teachers and teacher training.
