Before completing the MSc in Education, Public Policy and Equity programme at University of Glasgow, Sheila received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Asian Studies, with a minor in China and Asia Pacific Studies, from Cornell University (USA). Sheila previously worked in operations at an education startup focused on international education and exchange in Beijing (PRC), which sparked her interest in international education policy. Sheila is currently working in New York, where she is conducting academic development work for Schwarzman Scholars, a fully funded Master's program for future global leaders based in Beijing. She is particularly interested in access and inclusion within higher education, as well as intercultural education.
