Ebenezer holds a Diploma in Basic Education and has 9 years of experience as a teacher, working from Primary School up to Senior High School level in Ghana. Ebenezer also holds an undergraduate degree in Integrated Development Studies and has engaged in project interventions focused on education and community development in rural communities in Nothern and Brong Ahafo regions of Ghana. For example, two years ago Ebenezer launched a literacy project for girls in Kyabobo Girls Senior High School in the Nkwanta Oti region, one of the most deprived areas in Ghana. He has a particular interest in the gender components of free school policies as well as research into teacher training and motivation.
