Dr Paniagua holds a BA in Education and a PhD in Social Anthropology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain). He is currently working as an independent consultant for the Brookings Institute and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). He has previously worked as a teacher and teacher educator in Barcelona. His latest publications revolve around improving initial teacher preparation systems, innovative pedagogies and early career teachers.
